Kadaba: Police raid house for illegally slaughtering cow; one arrested, 30 kg beef seized

Kadaba: Local police on late Tuesday night raided a houses where illegal cow meat was being prepared at its backyard. The police team also arrested one person from the spot and seized over 30 kg of meat during the raid.

 


Bearys Institutions to organise educational workshop for Masjid Office bearers and Khateebs

Mangaluru: Bearys education group is going to organise workshop for Masjid Office bearers and Khateebs on Nov. 16 titled the 'role of Masjid Jamaths in Educational Awareness in Muslim Community'. The workshop will be held at the Bearys Knowledge Campus at Inoli near Mangalore University in Mangalore. The workshop is expected to be attended and participated by President, Secretaries, and Khateebs of Masjid Jamats from across Dakshina Kannada District.
