Mangaluru: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is currently leading the MCC Election as the vote counting for the polls held on November 11 began in the city on Thursday morning. BJP has till 10:00 am registered victories on 18 wards.
In Iddya ward BJP's Naina R Kottian registered victory. Congress candidate and former Mayor Bhaskar K also registered victory from Padavu East ward. Bhaskar polled 2492 votes.
