Congress Election Office at illegal building: Vedavyasa Kamath

Mangaluru: MLA Vedavyasa Kamath has alleged  that the Congress party has illegally opened an election office in an under construction building at Bendoorvel, which has not received 'Completion Certificate' (CC) yet.
