Udupi: The BJP has registered its victory in all the four urban local bodies of the Udupi distrcit, where elections were conducted on Friday. With the end of counting process, the BJP has risen to power in the Udupi City Municipal Corporation, Kundapur and Karkala Town Municipal Councils and the Saligrama Town Panchayat.

Udupi: In an exciting victory, a Congress candidate has won with a margin of one vote in the Todukallu ward of the Saligrama Town Panchayat in the district.

Ullal: The Ullal Corporation have given hung results as the Congress, which has emerged as the largest party, could not get the clear majority.

Bantwal: The Bantwal municipal polls that were held on Friday have given hung result after counting today.

Puttur: The polling process for Puttur Municipal Corporation concluded, and the BJP registered their victory. Of the total 31 wards, the BJP won in 25, and the ruling Congress won only 5 seats. SDPI won 1 ward.

Mangaluru: The counting of votes for ULB elections that were held on Friday has begun today morning from 8 am.
