Marathon to create awareness on drug addiction at Manipal

More than 3,000 students and general public participated in a 5 km long marathon organised by the district police, district working journalists association and Press Club in association with MAHE and Manipal Runners Club to mark anti-drug month to create awareness on drug addiction held at Manipal on Sunday.

The body of a missing youth of JM Road of Ganjimutt in Badaga Ulipadi found in Tamil Nadu.

The youth is identified as Mohammed Sameer. It is suspected that his wife and her lover have killed Sameer. Sameer brother has identified his body with his watch and shoe, police sources said.
