Karnataka: Young lady doctor's body found in lake, suicide suspected

Sagar: Dead body of a young lady doctor was found in a lake here in the city. The incident was reported from Sagar on Monday night.

 


One woman killed, 40 others injured as roof of house collapse during village festival in Karnataka

Mandya: In a tragic incident that took place on Tuesday morning in Huligepura village of Maddur Taluk, a woman who had climbed on the roof of a house along with other villagers to see the Kondotsava festivity, died after the roof collapsed. Apart from the woman’s death, four other people also have sustained injuries in the accident.

In an incident that reportedly occurred on Tuesday morning, a 45-year-old man identified as Shankarappa - who had been in the news for having married a 25-year-old woman five months earlier – died by suicide at Huliyur Durga Hobali in the Taluk. 

SSLC Exam: More than 20 thousand absentees across the State
