Tumkur: Mini tractor, hut gutted in fire

A mini tractor and a hut were gutted in fire due to an electric short circuit at Naduvalapalya near Gubbi taluk this morning.

The hut engulfed when the fire broke out from a transformer near the hut. The intensity of the fire was such that a nearby-parked tractor too came in the folds of the fire flames. Luckily, no one was present in the hut during the incident. The fire tenders arrived at the spot and doused the flames.
