Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada District Collector, Mullai Muhilan, has announced that traffic on the Maravoor old bridge, located on the Mangaluru-Athradi State Highway 67, has been restricted. The statement was made in a press release on Thursday.

However, communal activities inciting hatred have continued, stated a joint Forum of secular parties and organization demanding action to prevent such incidents, submitted a request to the district in-charge minister.
