Red alert issued for Dakshina Kannada as heavy rains expected on June 21

Mangaluru: Despite a brief respite from the monsoon rains in Dakshina Kannada (DK) district on Thursday, authorities have issued a red alert for June 21, predicting heavy rainfall accompanied by thunder along the coastal regions.
