The BJP on Friday released third list of 59 candidates for the May 12 elections to the 224-member Karnataka Assembly, including Karunakar Reddy, one of the Reddy brothers from Harapanahalli.
Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday filed his nomination to contest the ensuing state Legislative Assembly elections from Chamundeshwari constituency in Mysuru, an official said.
“This election is not about roads, water or other issues. This election is about Hindus vs Muslims, Ram Mandir vs Babri Masjid,” Patil.
Mysuru: “Whether to contest from Badami or not, this decision will be taken by party high command. I am just a Chief Minister of a state, not the high command,” Siddaramaiah clarified.
