IPS officer Abdul Ahad promoted to SSP

Bengaluru: Senior IPS officer Abdul Ahad has been promoted to the grade of Superintendent of Police (Selection Grade) with effect from January 1, 2025. He will continue serving in his current role as Director of Security and Vigilance at the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) until further orders.
