‘Shettar sure to win; state will have Congress govt’: Congress activist writes note in blood

A Congress activist from Hubballi, Manjunath N Yantruvi, has expressed his trust in the party and its candidate from the Hubli-Dharwad Central constituency, Jagadish Shettar, by writing a note in his own blood. The note reads, "I am writing in blood that Hon’ble Jagadish Shettar will win 100 per cent. The state will have a Congress government this time. Jai Congress."
