Mangaluru: Family of a 19-year old student of private law college in Mangaluru who met tragic road accident on Thursday morning and succumbed to his injuries on Friday at a private hospital in the city, decided to donate multiple-organs from his body.

Mangaluru: Karnataka Government on Friday ordered Malls, Theatres and other places of public gathering to remain closed for next one week and declared summer vacations to schools starting Saturday amidst Coronavirus scare in the state. The impact of the order was also seen in parts of Mangaluru as leading malls in the city and schools, colleges remained closed.

Udupi: Two people including a pedestrian died in a road mishap in Udupi’s Atradi here when an auto-rickshaw first hit a pedestrian and overturned on the road after which it was hit by a car, killing the auto-rickshaw driver as well on Wednesday night.
