Bengaluru: The two-day nationwide strike called by trade unions against the alleged repressive labour policies by the Narendra Modi government evoked mixed response in Karnataka on Tuesday.


Bharat Bandh evokes good response in North Karnataka

Bengaluru: The two-day Bharat bandh called by Central Trade Union against the central government's alleged anti-workers' policies is getting good response in North Karnataka. Besides Karnataka, the bandh is getting good response in Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Goa, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh and Haryana on Tuesday, the first day of the two-day Bharat bandh.
