Soundarya Jagadish, a film producer and businessman residing in Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru, has committed suicide at his residence. The police are investigating the incident and will take further legal action after recording statements from family members.

The Karnataka School Education Department has announced that schools following the state curriculum will resume classes from May 29, 2024.
