Bengaluru: Former Karnataka Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition in Karnataka Assembly, Siddaramaiah, on Thursday quoted a special news story published in Vartha Bharati daily and said that EVM machines are tamperable and that it should be replaced by ballot papers during elections in the country.
