Paid exam fees to Mangalore University but no hall ticket: Students allege harassment

Students and parents have alleged that despite paying the examination fees, a college administration and Mangalore University are refusing to issue hall tickets, citing non-receipt of the fees. They claim that students are being pressured to pay the fees again.
